As I learned to juggle with the most disparate techniques of fluid painting, to be amazed by the achievable effects and to get angry when the result was completely the opposite of what I had in mind, I made remarkable discoveries on an artistic level: the epoxy resin was one of them. A product that wisely used, can give you so much.
I started experimenting, and it was more disasters than anything else, but time has taught me to give time to this material, which lays its foundations precisely in the concept of time.
With epoxy resin it is possible to recreate a wide range of household items, modeling, jewels and, precisely, abstract paintings to hang on the wall.
What I absolutely love most about Resin Art is the so called marine “wave effect”. Simple technique to implement, but the different variables that can be encountered during the creation, make it quite complicated. I'm completely obsessed with it and what is the deep reason that drives me to have to recreate it on any surface, I don't know. What I know is that I find in the sea, in its colours, in its music, and also in its artificial representations, an inexhaustible source of inspiration and well-being
